Soulard Oktoberfest

In 2018, the Soulard Business Association was looking for help to grow its annual Oktoberfest at Soulard Market event - and keep its 10,000+ (age 21-35 heavy) attendees engaged and entertained throughout the weekend. Pre-event, we took over Oktoberfest’s social media channels and also utilized local press relationships to secure preview stories and client tv interviews. Weekend-of, partner Chris Denman served as event emcee, keeping the energy flowing on-stage with custom crowd participation games and general comedic banter.

In 2020, amid the COVID pandemic, Mid Coast worked with SBA to produce a quick-turn Oktoberfest livestream, highlighting local businesses and keeping the neighborhood’s fall tradition alive in a safe and creative way.

Mid Coast annually handles social media, press, stage hosting and official merch for Soulard Oktoberfest.
